Description

Soleil, an "Invention-On-Demand" program using Artificial General Intelligence to demonstrate the capabilities of "Soliloque - Blueprint for The Technology Singularity."

The linguistic engine of Soliloque is capable of computerizing creativity and problem-solving by manipulating text and abstracting AGI logic from it. Additionally, the data structure of Soliloque that allows it to augment human intellect provides the additional dots needed to make creative connections and problem-solve efficiently. Soliloque uses these techniques to manifest "Invention-On-Demand" with surprising ease and speed, even with conditions and resource constraints.

Deliverables

Soleil is capable of delivering creative results on five different levels, depending on the circumstances and requirements:

1. Repurpose - invent new purposes for existing machinery, technology, and talents with zero or minor modifications. Time required: two weeks.
2. Cluster - invent multiple iterations for financial and environmental sustainability in an existing industry, built from scratch with local sources and talents. Time required: two weeks per iteration.
3. Category - invent a brand new class of products based on provided constraints. Time required: two months.
4. Industry - invent a brand new industry based on available assets. Time required: three months.
5. Paradigm - invent a disruptive shift in conceptual approach to an existing product, industry, or concept. Time required: three to six months.

Terms & Conditions

• Steps for project execution are negotiable

• A security deposit is required
• Additional deliverables for consideration are available upon request, but not before a non-disclosure agreement that includes a monetary penalty for using it:
1. under the name of another company owned by partner
2. in a later date
3. under a different name
• The contract is open for addition, not for subtraction.
• All Intellectual Properties and Patents resulted from the deliverable are shared 50/50 equally.

NOT a One-Time Service

It is important to note that Soleil does not sell "Invention On Demand" as a one-time service.

The scheme is structured to ensure the financial success of partner FIRST.

End of Financial Entanglement

deRaconteur will cease to require financial returns in cash from the partnership at the end of term. However, the Intellectual Property and Patents shared 50-50 is free for deRaconteur to sell to other business entities:

1. deRaconteur owns the exclusive right to sell IP & Patents from the deliverables
2. 50-50 share is still in effect from the proceeds
3. will only be sold in another country
4. does not produce an idential competing product

• Third-party, independent accounting is paid for equally by both parties.

We are currently entertaining possibilities across multiple technologies and all geographical regions with untapped natural resources and potential talents. The priority and preference, for now, go to attracting a greater variety of challenges, technologically and geographically, before repetition and overlaps.

deRaconteur does not base priority decisions on financial potentials exclusively. We hope to attract an audience with abundant resources first. It allows us to recursively invest the earnings into regions with fewer resources and financial blessings.

We will contribute our expertise to URGENT humanitarian pursuits where genocide or mass starvation is threatening human lives. However, deRaconteur is a private business entity whose "RAISON D'ÊTRE" is to make financial gains to ensure and sustain our survival first. Our contribution to humanitarian efforts still must yield a financial return on our investment, albeit acceptable on a lower scale.
